The Data Analyst supports the implementation and optimization of a new Student CRM platform, including predictive analytics and data modeling tools.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Higher Education, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience with student information systems, CRM tools, or higher ed analytics platforms. Strong understanding of higher education operations, especially student success and retention initiatives. Demonstrated experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Rapid Insight, Argos, SPSS, Tableau, SQL, Excel). Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into practice.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree with upper division higher education experience
