The Lender/MSR is responsible for delivering friendly, accurate, and timely service to our members. This role involves developing new member relationships, maintaining existing ones, and actively promoting all products and services. The Lender/MSR must ensure a high level of accuracy, uphold member confidentiality, and adhere to all security and operational procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:
Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable staff with disabilities to perform the primary functions.
- Answer phones and assist with member needs.
- Provide quotes for loan values, payment calculations, interest rates, and terms.
- Quote values for new and used autos, credit life and disability insurance costs, GAP premiums, extended warranty costs, and loan-associated fees.
- Evaluate and process loan requests from members.
- Process and disburse approved loan funds.
- Ensure loans are submitted for quality control (QC).
- Provide quotes for loan payoffs and attempt to recover loans.
- Quote savings product rates.
- Open new savings, checking, and certificate accounts for members.
- Submit requests for new or changed payroll deductions and net pay deposits.
- Address member questions regarding accounts, policies, or procedures.
- Process and verify wire transfers.
- Cross-sell products and services.
- Provide backup support to staff as needed.
- Complete member disputes
- Assist members with IRA-related needs.
- Track auto lien filings.
- Maintain quality control for new accounts and loans.
- Provide notary services.
- Meet all goals specified in the branch scorecard and any updates that occur.
- Image documents into eFichency when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:
- Must be able to remain stationary in a sitting position for up to 50% of the time.
