Upstate is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Associate to support order fulfillment and logistics. This position includes picking, packing, and shipping orders, receiving inventory, and operating company vehicles. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both in the warehouse and on the road. Typical schedule is Tuesday-Saturday, 8am-3pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in pick/pack/ship order fulfillment. Prepare and package orders for wholesale and e-commerce customers with accuracy and efficiency.
- Receive and stock incoming materials. Rotate inventory following FIFO practices.
- Support inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Make inventory transfers between warehouse locations and receive, verify, and stock all incoming products accurately and efficiently.
- Safely load cannabis products into delivery vehicles at the start of each route, ensuring all packages are secure and organized to prevent damage during transit.
- Adhere to all state and local cannabis transportation laws, including secure storage protocols during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment. Maintain strict quality control standards and adhere to all company SOPs to ensure all products meet regulatory requirements. Report any equipment or facility issues to the Warehouse Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience preferred.
- Must be at least 25 years of age to meet insurance requirements to operate company vehicles.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and transport up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand and perform physical warehouse work for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately pick, pack, and fulfill orders.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while following established procedures.
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Ability to follow company SOPs, safety standards, and applicable cannabis regulations.
- Must be able to pass an FBI background check in accordance with Vermont Cannabis Control Board regulations.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
