- Full Time $5,000
- Part Time $2,500 *(20 or more hours a week)
Core Responsibilities
As a Registered Physical Therapist, you will support individuals across our programs by providing expert evaluation, therapy services, and collaborative care.
- Evaluate and assess individuals on an ongoing basis to develop personalized, meaningful treatment goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions based on assessment findings, helping individuals enhance mobility, function, and quality of life.
- Educate individuals, families, and team members on treatment plans, therapy methods, injury prevention, positioning, range of motion, and more.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including educators and healthcare professionals ensuring alignment with each Individual Program Plan (IPP) or Individual Education Plan (IEP).
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with program and regulatory requirements.
- Support departmental operations, including equipment needs, adaptation, and orientation of new staff.
- Participate in agency-wide initiatives that advance our mission and enhance the well-being of the people we serve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current NYS Physical Therapy Registration/Licensure
- 1-3 years of related experience preferred
- A valid NYS Driver's License and ability to travel between sites
