About Us
Upstate Commercial Wraps is the commercial division of a fast-growing automotive restyling company. We design and install high-quality commercial vehicle wraps for fleets, contractors, and local service businesses that want their vehicles to generate leads 24/7.
We already have installers and a closer. Now we’re hiring a field canvasser to hit the streets, talk to business owners, and book qualified appointments.
Role Overview
Your job is simple:
Go out daily, talk to local businesses with vehicles, and book appointments for our sales rep to quote and close commercial wrap projects.

Responsibilities
- Canvass local business areas, industrial parks, job sites, and parking lots where commercial vehicles are parked
- Start conversations with business owners/managers and briefly explain our commercial wrap services
- Qualify businesses based on simple criteria (decision-maker, number of vehicles, interest level)
- Book appointments for our in-house salesperson using our script and calendar process
- Collect and record basic info: business name, contact details, vehicle count, notes
- Hit daily/weekly activity and appointment goals (we’ll give clear targets)
- Represent the company professionally and positively at all times
- Provide basic daily reporting on doors visited, conversations, and appointments set
Requirements
Must-Haves
- Comfortable going door-to-door / business-to-business and starting conversations
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident presence
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Able to walk and be on your feet for several hours per day
- Self-motivated and able to work with activity and results-based goals
- Okay with a base performance pay structure (you control your upside)
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in door-to-door, canvassing, outside sales, or appointment setting
- Experience in trades, home services, signage, or wraps is a plus but not required
We’ll provide training, scripts, and a clear process.
Compensation
- Base Pay: $500 per week
- Per-Appointment Bonus: $50 for each qualified appointment that shows
- Commission: 1% of revenue on commercial wrap jobs that close from your leads
- On-target earnings: $3,500–$5,000 per month depending on performance (no cap)
You get rewarded for both activity and results.
