The Opportunity
Upsource is expanding — and we’re preparing to open a new consulting branch in Greenville, SC in 2027.
We’re seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Consultant to:
- Architect scalable, secure Salesforce solutions
- Lead discovery, design, and delivery from start to finish
- Author clear Statements of Work (SOWs) and technical designs
- Guide and mentor junior consultants and developers
- Build trusted relationships with clients through consistent, proactive communication

What We’re Looking For
✅ Valid U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available)
🏢 In-person in Lynchburg, VA (relocation to Greenville, SC in ~2 years)
💼 3 years of Salesforce consulting or architecture experience
⚙️ Strong understanding of declarative configuration, Apex, LWC, and integrations
🧠 Excellent communication and client management skills
Bonus points for:
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Application Architect)
- Mentoring or leadership experience
- Familiarity with REST APIs, SOQL, JSON, and database design

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
