Sales Development Representative (SDR) – MergeUp & sFiles
Location: Lynchburg, VA (On-site) | Company: Upsource Solutions
Upsource Solutions is hiring an in-person SDR to support our growing Salesforce ecosystem products, MergeUp and sFiles. In this role, you’ll connect with Salesforce stakeholders, create meaningful outbound conversations, and book high-quality product demos. We’ll use the interview process to determine whether you're the best fit for MergeUp, sFiles, or potentially both.
We’re looking for someone who is curious, motivated, people-centered, and excited to learn. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy prospecting, experimenting with messaging, and working closely with a collaborative team.
You'll succeed if you:
- Communicate clearly and enjoy creating conversations
- Build thoughtful, personalized outbound outreach
- Stay organized and consistent in your work
- Are teachable, collaborative, and bring positive energy
- Are interested in Salesforce, B2B SaaS, or cloud tech
Requirements:
- US Work Authorization
- On-site in Lynchburg, VA
- Strong communicator, comfortable with outbound channels
- Experience in SDR/BDR, sales, or customer-facing roles is helpful but not required
