UpScriptHealth is the leader of telehealth services for the direct-to-consumer market. Doctor Matrix Medical Group is the network of providers offering telemedicine services to the UpScriptHealth platform and is actively recruiting high-caliber health care providers to treat patients with menopause symptoms.

You must be comfortable treating patients with moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms (VMS) associated with menopause.

Ideal candidates are certified as a menopause certified practitioner through The Menopause Society.

Highlights/Responsibilities

• Provide a minimum of 10-12 hours/week on our platform for visits - with the opportunity to increase hours as needed
• Login to our web-based EMR to conduct visits with patients looking for relief from vasomotor symtoms which have scheduled audio/video visits or to review asynchronous charts
• Maintain professional bedside manner over a virtual environment.
• During visits, review patient charts, determine which treatment is appropriate (if any) through asynchronous, audio/video calls, as well as written communications.
• Review patients' progress on follow-up visits, and determine changes in treatments, and/or titration as needed.
• Enter detailed SOAP notes after each completed visit into the patient's chart regarding each interaction and visit.
• Comply with ethical, legal, and professional guidelines.
• Be on time for every visit that is scheduled with patient
  
  

Ideal Candidates

• Currently certified as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner or comfortable treating patients with common menopause symptoms
• Active licenses in AK, AR, CT, ID, MS, KS, KY, LA, MO, ND, NH, NJ, NM, OR, PA RI and VT
• Kind and empathetic personality, who will provide an exceptional patient experience on each visit.
• Multi-licensed preferred (at minimum should have 6 licenses)
• Excellent communication skils
• Have access to a secure environment to work from.
• Technologically savvy.
  
  

Compensation

If you are not a certified menopause provider the compensation rates are

• MD/DOs: $20 per completed synchronous visit;
• Nurse Practitioners (with prescriptive authority): $15 per completed synchronous visit;
  
  

If you are a certified menoapause provider the compensation rates are

• MD/DO: $30-40 per completed synchronous visit
• Nurse Practitioners (with prescriptive authority to prescribe) $20 per visit
  
  

Includes Medical Malpractice insurance policy

There is NO incentive to prescribe.
