Job Description
Upscale NOLA / Upscale Multi-Services (Tax & Accounting) is currently hiring motivated individuals for the upcoming tax season. No prior tax experience is required. We are offering in-person tax training to individuals who are interested in learning tax preparation and joining our growing team.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to gain a new skill, start a career in tax preparation, or earn seasonal income.
TAX TRAINING (MANDATORY FOR NEW HIRES)
Date: Saturday, January 3
Westbank Location
Available training sessions (choose one):
- Session 1: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Session 2: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Training is completely and designed to prepare candidates for immediate placement.
Responsibilities (Post-Training)
- Prepare individual tax returns
- Collect and review client financial information
- Provide professional customer service
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality
- Follow IRS regulations and company procedures
Qualifications
- No experience required (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Professional and reliable
- Willingness to learn and work during tax season
