Upscale NOLA Taxes is looking for motivated, ambitious individuals who are ready to learn the tax preparation industry and build a potential career in the business. No prior tax preparation experience is required! We provide hands-on, in-person training along with select Zoom sessions to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful tax preparer.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to gain a new skill, earn additional income, or eventually become their own boss. Our goal is to prepare trainees for the 2027 tax season, with the potential to grow into operating their own tax preparation business by the 2028 tax season.

Compensation & Earning Potential

This is an unpaid training opportunity, with the potential to transition into a commission-based tax preparation role. Your earnings will depend on your performance, client base, dedication, and willingness to put in the work.

Tax preparation can offer significant earning potential during the approximately three-month peak tax season. Experienced, high-performing preparers with an established clientele and their own software may have the potential to generate six figures in seasonal revenue. These results are not typical or guaranteed.
