Duties
- Administer botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal filler injections with precision and care, ensuring optimal results and client safety
- Provide comprehensive consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with industry standards and state regulations
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and ongoing skincare routines to maximize results
- Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software such as Zenoti ensuring smooth scheduling and record-keeping
- Promote retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic treatments through effective upselling and product demos
- Engage with clients via social media management to build relationships, share success stories, and grow the practice’s online presence
Requirements
- Valid RN, PA, or NP license with injector certification
- Proven experience administering botulinum toxin (Botox) treatments, dermal fillers, and other injectable procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly about procedures and aftercare instructions
- Experience working in the beauty industry or med spa environment is highly preferred
- Proficiency with salon management software such as Zenoti for scheduling and client records
- Knowledge of social media management tools for marketing purposes is a plus
- Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation, safety, and professionalism at all times
- Strong management skills to coordinate client flow efficiently while delivering exceptional guest services
