Upscale Home Care is seeking to hire a In Home Caregiver/Personal Assistant to care for senior/disabled individuals in their homes. This position of an In-Home Caregiver/ Personal Assistant requires responsible, dedicated workers, who are interested in providing for the comfort and well- being of others and see that their needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the client with daily personal care such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and meal preparation.
- Perform light housekeeping around the client's home to maintain a healthy, clean, and safe environment.
- Engage your client in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
- Provide companionship and support with warmth and sensitivity to ensure the comfort and happiness of those in your care.
Requirements
- CPR Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Finger check clearance card
Qualifications
- Strong observational skills to monitor client health effectively.
- Ability assist clients with mobility safely while maintaining their dignity.
- Excellent communication skills to interact compassionately with clients and their families.
- Must be reliable, patient, and possess a genuine to help for others
