We are seeking compassionate and experienced Certified Caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care to our veteran clients in Maricopa, AZ. As a Certified Caregiver for Veterans, you will play a vital role in empowering our nation's heroes to thrive in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role
In this part-time and full-time position, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our veteran clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing non-medical caregiving services to our veteran clients, including assistance with daily living activities, household chores, and personal care
Preparing meals, managing medication schedules, and escorting clients to appointments
Maintaining a safe and clean living environment, ensuring the highest level of dignity and independence for our clients
Building strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship
Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
1 year of experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
Certified Caregiver certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire
Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients with mobility issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with seniors and veterans
