What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chef/Kitchen Manager position at Upscale Dining Group?
Fine dining management experience is preferred with attention to detail a requirement. Must be able to operate in the kitchen and run any station. Yes, we are looking for you to cook, expo, and be involved with the line. We are not looking for a paper pusher or someone who hides in the back kitchen. Supervise all kitchen activities while upholding our high standard. Control all costs while providing a world class experience for our guests. Order food and beverage as necessary and provide menu updates. Review inventory pars and update for optimal levels. Develop creative features that will wow our guests.
