We are looking for an EXPERIENCED leader to manage the day to day operations, staff training and development, and provide exceptional guest service. The successful candidate will have a dynamic personality and Lead by example. To be considered for this position you must have at least 3 years of General Manager experience in a Full Service restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Promote exceptional guest service
- Ensure that the restaurant operates in a way that meets our quality standards
- Oversee day to day business
- Resourcefully solve any issues that arise
- Manage and train staff, establish working schedule and assess staff's performance
- Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
- Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60, $65,000.00 per year
