Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, ensuring accurate cashiering.
- Take action to learn product and service offerings.
- Operate computers, POS, printing equipment equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and willing to teach others.
- Practice good listening skills with customers and team members.
- Become a Notary Public and Live Scan Operator (certifications will be paid by employer).
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and accountable
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds
