Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, ensuring accurate cashiering.
• Take action to learn product and service offerings.
• Operate computers, POS, printing equipment equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and willing to teach others.
• Practice good listening skills with customers and team members.
• Become a Notary Public and Live Scan Operator (certifications will be paid by employer).

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service abilities
• Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and accountable
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds
