- Provide expert advice on printing techniques and shipping options to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, including cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring merchandise is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Maintain knowledge of store services to create seamless customer experiences.
- Support inventory management by conducting stock checks and assisting with product replenishment.
- Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer service.
Experience
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math is helpful.
- Multilingual skills are a plus, enabling us to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
- Knowledge of printing design helps in providing expert guidance on print jobs.
