We are seeking a motivated and reliable Retail Sales Associate / Team Member to join our growing team at The UPS Store #8059 in San Bernardino. Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at the front counter
- Assist customers with shipping, printing, packing, and mailbox services
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Promote and upsell UPS Store services and products when appropriate
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including retail shelves
- Perform notary services (if certified)
- Work collaboratively with other team members and follow daily procedures
- Assist with inventory restocking and store opening/closing duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous UPS Store / FedEx Office / Post Office experience is a strong plus.
- Previous customer service or retail experience a plus
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and computer skills required
- Willingness to learn store systems and procedures
- Notary Public certification is a plus (additional pay offered per notary)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- Must be available for rotating weekends and weekday shifts between:
- Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sat: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sun: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
