We are seeking a motivated and reliable Retail Sales Associate / Team Member to join our growing team at The UPS Store #8059 in San Bernardino. This is a customer-facing role in a fast-paced environment that offers flexibility and opportunities for growth. Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front counter
• Assist customers with shipping, printing, packing, and mailbox services
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash/card transactions accurately
• Promote and upsell UPS Store services and products when appropriate
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including retail shelves
• Perform notary services (if certified)
• Work collaboratively with other team members and follow daily procedures
• Assist with inventory restocking and store opening/closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous UPS Store / FedEx Office / Post Office experience is a strong plus.
• Previous customer service or retail experience a plus
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and computer skills required
• Willingness to learn store systems and procedures
• Notary Public certification is a plus (additional pay offered per notary)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• Must be available for rotating weekends and weekday shifts between:
• Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Sat: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sun: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
