Job Description: Customer Service Representative- Part Time
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handle incoming callls and emails from customers
- Assist customers with product information, technical support, and sales inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
Experience:
- Have some experience with a POS system and cashier duties
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle difficult customers with empathy and professionalism
- Familiarity with technical sales or product knowledge is a plus
