This role involves assisting customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and other business services while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. - Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
- Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and mailbox services
- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Process shipments through carriers such as UPS, USPS, and others
- Perform printing, copying, and document services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Manage multiple tasks while staying attentive to detail
- Follow store procedures and company guidelines
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Basic computer and data entry skills

- Weekend availability required
