Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers in a retail environment. This role involves assisting customers with their purchases, managing inventory, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. The Retail Sales Associate will play a vital role in driving sales and maintaining the store's visual standards. The role has an opportunity to convert to full-time.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, ensuring accurate cashiering.
- Take action to learn product and service offerings.
- Operate computers, POS, printing equipment equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and willing to teach others.
- Practice good listening skills with customers and team members.
- Become a Notary Public and Live Scan Operator (certifications will be paid by employer).
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and accountable
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds
