- Customer Service:Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide efficient and courteous assistance for shipping, printing, and other services.
- Package & Mail Processing:Receive, sort, weigh, and pack packages for shipment; process mail and other items for delivery.
- Printing & Document Services:Operate copiers, printers, fax machines, and binding equipment to fulfill customer document needs.
- Sales & POS Operations:Ring up sales, handle cash transactions, and process customer payments accurately.
- Store Maintenance:Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and ensure products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Inventory Management:Assist with tracking inventory levels and restocking shelves with retail products.
- Problem-Solving:Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and take ownership of the customer's experience.
