Responsibilities:
- Lead 2 account teams, ensuring day-to-day client needs are met with excellence.
- Participate in strategy and kick-off meetings, ensuring a seamless start for new client relationships.
- Develop and oversee media outreach strategies, guiding team members through successful pitching efforts.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on market trends, competitive strategies, and launch timing.
- Cultivate relationships with key media contacts and keep a pulse on industry trends relevant to client success.
- Set weekly goals for teams and mentor junior team members to foster their growth.
- Collaborate with senior management on agency-wide initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of PR agency experience, with proven leadership and team management skills.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative while adapting to direction.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced expertise with Muck Rack and media pitching.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to attend in-person client meetings and events when needed.
