What are the responsibilities and job description for the Working Foreman position at Upright Fencing Hawaii LLC?
We’re looking for an experienced Working Foreman to lead small field crews and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise a crew of 1-2 laborers
- Plan daily work and keep projects on schedule
- Oversee fencing installation and job site operations
- Manage materials, equipment, and safety compliance
- Train new team members and track crew hours
Requirements:
- 3 years experience of fencing required. Do not apply if you do not have experience
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift 70 lbs and work outdoors
- Strong communication and leadership skills
