Fence Installer / Laborer
Upright Fence LLC – Dayton
Upright Fence is hiring a hardworking Fence Installer / Laborer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on outdoor position assisting with the installation of residential and commercial fencing including wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, and gates.
We are looking for dependable people who show up on time, work hard, and want to learn a skilled trade with long-term opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Assist crew with fence installations from start to finish
- Dig post holes, set posts, carry materials, and clean job sites
- Load and unload tools, trailers, and materials
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools safely
- Help build gates, hang panels, and complete final details
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Follow instructions from crew leaders and work efficiently
Requirements
- Construction, fencing, landscaping, or labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to learn and grow
