This is a full-time, on-site teaching role located in Ypsilanti, MI. The Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and culturally responsive instruction, creating lesson plans, and assessing student performance using diverse methods. They will foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, guide students in their academic and creative endeavors, and collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects. Additionally, the Teacher will participate in staff development opportunities and contribute to shaping the school’s culture of equity, creativity, and innovation.
- Expertise in subject-specific content and the ability to design engaging lesson plans.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with colleagues, students, and families.
- Commitment to culturally responsive teaching and supporting students' social-emotional development.
- Familiarity with interdisciplinary and project-based learning approaches is a plus.
- Valid teaching certification and a Bachelor's degree in education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Previous teaching experience or experience in arts-integrated education is highly advantageous.
