Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the club, ensuring seamless coordination across departments including sales, membership services, fitness instruction, and facility management.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive membership growth, enhance member retention, and improve overall club performance.
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures to maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for senior leadership to inform decision-making.
