Full-Time Medical Receptionist – Dermatology Practice
Our busy dermatology practice is seeking a full-time medical receptionist to join our friendly, neighborhood team. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience in a medical office and be comfortable providing excellent patient service both in person and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in/out patients
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Schedule patient appointments
- Communicate effectively with physicians and medical assistants
- Assist patients via email through our secure website
- Maintain accurate records and ensure patient confidentiality

- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A personable and professional demeanor that makes patients feel welcome
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer skills and word processing
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented practice
Qualifications & Skills:
- Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office
- Preferred: 2 years of customer service and computer skills
- Strong telephone etiquette, communication skills and reading comprehension
- Ability to maintain professionalism and quality focus
- Microsoft suite proficiency
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: Based on experience and qualifications
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
