Position: Marching Band: Guard (Auxiliary) Assistant (2 ECA roles)
Dates: 07-01-26 through 08-14-2026
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting the Auxiliary Coordinator and Assistant Coordinator in all of the day-to-day activities of the high school Marching Band Color Guard Program during the summer months
- In collaboration with the Auxiliary Coordinator and Assistant Coordinator, develop and implement short-term and long-term goals and objectives for the Marching Band Color Guard Program
- Assists the Auxiliary Coordinator and Assistant Coordinator in designing all color guard routines and band warm-ups
- Reviews and provides direction regarding the Color Guard’s progress during band camp
- Attends daily meeting with staff members to review progress and rehearsal plans during band camp
Qualifications:
- Experience with Marching Band, preferred.
