Summary:
Upper Great Lakes Family Health (UGLFH) is seeking a Dental Patient Service Representative . The Dental PSR interacts and assists patients by telephone or in person to schedule appointments, answer and route questions to the appropriate clinic staff, and update patient information.
Responsibilities, included but not limited to:
- Schedules patients within the electronic health record system according to dental schedule template guidelines.
- Performs reminder calls for last minute scheduled and non-confirmed appointments.
- Completes clerical duties to ensure efficient dental clinic operations.
- Updates patient account information per established policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications:
- Experience working in a service industry or administrative role providing excellent customer service.
- Experience utilizing an electronic health record system, preferred.
- Ability to prepare basic correspondence and simple reports utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
