7 hours/day, 5 days/week, 184 days/year (first year only) beginning the start of the 2026-27 school year pending successful fingerprint clearance and submission of recent tuberculosis test as required by California Education Code.

Job Summary

Upper Lake Unified School District is establishing an applicant pool for anticipated certificated teaching positions for the 2026–2027 school year. This posting is not for a specific vacancy. It is intended to collect applications from qualified candidates who may be considered for future openings as they become available. Positions may include, but are not limited to, elementary, middle school, and high school teaching assignments. These positions will require single/multiple subject credentials. As positions become available, applicants from this pool may be contacted for interviews based on district needs, credentials, and experience.

Requirements may include: Appropriate California teaching credential (or eligibility) for the assignment Valid English Learner authorization Ability to meet NCLB / ESSA requirements, if applicable Candidates who are intern-eligible or in progress with credential programs are encouraged to apply.
