Upper Great Lakes Family Health (UGLFH) is seeking a Front Office Patient Service Representative (FOPSR). The FOPSR is often a first contact a patient has with the organization in person upon arrival in a clinic.
Responsibilities, included but not limited to:
- Provides excellent customer services when performing a variety of patient administrative tasks.
- Schedules appointments and telephone encounters. Maintains clinic documentations by ensures all required patient forms are complete, distributed and scanned as needed.

- Experience working in a service industry or administrative role providing excellent customer service.
