Upper Great Lakes Family Health (UGLFH) is seeking a Dental Hygienist to perform assessments of oral health to recognize health and disease in collaboration with the Dental Team and within scope of licensure and privileges and as directed by the Dentist.
Responsibilities
- Provides oral health care services and outreach in the clinic and non-traditional settings.
- Collaborates with and aids dentist in patient treatment plans.
- Provides individual patient education.

- State of Michigan unrestricted Dental Hygienist licensure
- Evidence of basic life support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- Two or more years of experience working as a dental hygienist, preferred.
- Certification in delivery of local anesthetic, preferred.
Salary : $73,286 - $98,320
