Warehouse Supervisor (Team Leader)

We’re looking for a people-first Warehouse Supervisor who can lead, manage, and hold a team accountable (LMA) while creating a positive, productive environment. This role oversees daily warehouse operations, coaches team members, sets clear expectations, and ensures the team is aligned on safety, quality, and efficiency. LMA

• Ensure all stock is being put away on-time, correctly, and in the approved locations

Inventory Control

• Maintaining integrity of the inventory, measuring and minimizing inventory loss 
• Manage inventory count schedule, assign counting duties, and verify results
• Log and locate 'Cannot Finds' and determine the root cause of their occurrence and facilitate the solving of those issues for good.

On-Time Shipments

• All orders ship on time or early
• Proactively communicate with sales/accounting regarding any possible issues
• Maintain relationships with shippers

Ops Supply Ordering

• Oversee a regular inventory of supplies necessary for processing and warehouse needs
• Delegate weekly counts to ensure par levels are in accordance with expectations with special consideration made for upcoming projects.
• Creating and maintaining relationships with our vendors

Warehouse Training/Coaching

• Onboard new team members into our UET and EOS culture. Train them in job-specific processes as documented in The UET Way, including evaluation/assessment.
• Provide one-to-one coaching to improve efficiency and quality performance
• Troubleshoot efficiency and quality issues, working with team members and direct reports to identify the root cause and remedy it for good.
