- Ensure all stock is being put away on-time, correctly, and in the approved locations
Inventory Control
- Maintaining integrity of the inventory, measuring and minimizing inventory loss
- Manage inventory count schedule, assign counting duties, and verify results
- Log and locate 'Cannot Finds' and determine the root cause of their occurrence and facilitate the solving of those issues for good.
On-Time Shipments
- All orders ship on time or early
- Proactively communicate with sales/accounting regarding any possible issues
- Maintain relationships with shippers
Ops Supply Ordering
- Oversee a regular inventory of supplies necessary for processing and warehouse needs
- Delegate weekly counts to ensure par levels are in accordance with expectations with special consideration made for upcoming projects.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with our vendors
Warehouse Training/Coaching
- Onboard new team members into our UET and EOS culture. Train them in job-specific processes as documented in The UET Way, including evaluation/assessment.
- Provide one-to-one coaching to improve efficiency and quality performance
- Troubleshoot efficiency and quality issues, working with team members and direct reports to identify the root cause and remedy it for good.
