Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all food items are presented beautifully and meet quality standards before serving.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders, special requests, and any issues that may arise.
- Support catering events by setting up and breaking down food stations as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries.
- Adhere to food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests.
Skills
- Strong background in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Experience in kitchen operations, including cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed.
