Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders at the front counter
- Operate POS systems for accurate order processing
- Prepare customer’s laundry and dry cleaning items for delivery
- Upsell service items or products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Manage cash transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit cards, and receipts
- Maintain accurate customer items
- Support other staff members when needed
- Assist in stocking supplies and organizing the workspace to ensure efficient service during busy hours
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous experience in laundry/dry cleaning service, quick service environments preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Knowledge of laundry procedures
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during peak hours
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude towards customers and team members
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & be able to lift 15-30lbs of laundry
- Flexible days including Saturdays & some holidays
- MUST SPEAK MANDARIN & ENGLISH
