General Duties:
- Jobsite Management
- Material Management
- Quality Control
- Safety Oversight
- Permitting & Documentation
- Customer Relations
- Repairs & Maintenance
- Project Tracking & Reporting
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Other Responsibilities:
- Diagnose leaks, ventilation issues, and flashing problems, and perform small repairs.
- Keep company vehicles organized and stocked.
- Maintain a professional appearance and respectful communication.
- Represent the company with integrity on every jobsite.
- Support production and operations wherever needed.
- Follow all company procedures and uphold quality and safety standards
- Assist with final inspections and walkthroughs when applicable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 per year
