Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests warmly, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Manage transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Follow food safety management practices to ensure all beverages are prepared in compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor stock levels of beverages and supplies; assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of service quality and create an energetic, positive environment.
Experience
- Previous experience working in a club or bar setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is advantageous.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures, food safety regulations, and food safety management practices is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with food safety protocols ensures compliance with health standards and safe beverage preparation practices.
Pay: From $7.25 per hour
