Summary of Job Description
The Proyecto Thrive Site Supervisor provides essential on-site management for after-school programs at a single elementary school in Summit School District. This position serves as the primary point of contact for daily program operations, ensuring student safety and effective communication between families, program providers, and the Proyecto Thrive Coordinator. The Site Supervisor maintains attendance records, manages emergency protocols, and fosters a safe, respectful, and culturally diverse learning environment that supports the success of all participating students.
Key Responsibilities

Provide program emergency response management including maintaining keys for special medication (e.g., epipen) |
|
Act as response person for any incidents that occur during programs, communicating with the Proyecto Thrive Coordinator as needed |
|
Obtain daily list of absent students or special after school notes from Administrative Assistants |
|
Take daily attendance for programs in PowerSchool |
|
Manage and file daily sign out sheets from providers |
|
Redirect parent and provider questions to Proyecto Thrive Coordinator |
|
Redirect parents and families to program providers as needed |
|
Develop meaningful and ongoing relationships with students and providers |
|
Support with student support and behavioral needs as needed |
|
Demonstrate commitment to build and maintain a safe and respectful working and learning environment that honors the cultural diversity of students, staff, and program providers |
|
Participate in weekly check-ins with Proyecto Thrive Coordinator during work hours |
|
Perform other duties as assigned and needed |
|
Abide by all school cancellation procedures, ensuring safety of students comes first, including following district after school cancellation decisions |

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be CPR/First Aid certified or willingness to become certified
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Basic computer skills
- Bilingual preferred
Location: Upper Blue
Hours: 3:00-5:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 2:30-5:30pm on Wednesday
Salary : $22 - $29
