Upper Bay Counseling & Support Services (UBCSS) is seeking a Full-Time Program Manager to lead and support our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) serving adults. This role focuses on delivering recovery-oriented services both in the community and on-site while supervising staff and ensuring high-quality care.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Adult PRP program
- Provide supervision and support to program staff
- Coordinate care with psychiatry, therapists, rehabilitative counselors, and administrative teams
- Ensure services align with the recovery model and client-centered care principles
- Deliver and oversee both on-site and community-based PRP services
- Maintain compliance with COMAR regulations and CARF standards
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for documentation and reporting
- Support program organization, scheduling, and service delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience working with adults with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI)
- Supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting preferred
- Knowledge of PRP COMAR regulations and CARF standards
- CPRP (Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner) preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid certification required
