Job Description
Provides direct patient care utilizing customer service skills to ensure timely and accurate meal and nourishment delivery. Delivers tube feeding formulas to the Patient Care Unit for Nursing. Assists patient menu selection through menu distribution/assistance, records food and beverage orders for production areas, tray preparation and record keeping. Maintains patient floor stock according to established standards. Collaborates with Food Service, Clinical Nutrition and Nursing staff in the completion of these duties.
Education And Credentials
No formal education required.
Experience
No experience required. Food service experience preferable, especially experience in a healthcare setting. Able to read information necessary to perform job duties.
