Job Description
This position will be responsible to train and monitor all employees on the eligibility system used by the organization to improve overall financial performance of the revenue cycle. Will monitor the system, utilize reports and work alerts to ensure timeliness of claim submission. Works directly with management in regards to system reporting and retraining of staff as necessary. Will correct and resolve alerts as directed.
Education And Credentials
Associates degree in a Business related field or a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in registration and/or billing. Valid driver’s license.
Experience
Prior registration and/or billing experience preferred for candidates with an Associates degree. Candidates without an Associate’s degree are required to have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in registration and/or billing. Verbal and written communication skills. Able to effectively work with all customers.
