Job Description

Responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of desktops, laptops, peripherals, phone sets, cabling, software, printers and MFPs and all other end user technology products. Responsible for managing Request and Project works as assigned.

Education And Credentials

AA/AAS required. BA/BS preferred.

Experience

10 years of experience in providing technical support relevant to job duties. Required if incumbent lacks Bachelors degree. 8 years of experience in Significant analytical troubleshooting techniques in desktop and network problem management including operating systems, telephony, cable and Wi-Fi and ability to document and share findings required. 2 Relevant Certifications (Avaya, Microsoft, Project Management, Cisco)
