Work Location: Fully remote, with optional hoteling space available at the United States Steel building in Pittsburgh.
Work Hours: Day shift during standard Eastern business hours, typically 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Purpose:
Under the general direction of the management team and senior staff, the Systems Analyst - Intermediate provides experienced analytical services, defining requirements, developing and/or maintaining computer applications/systems, and providing services to meet client IT and business needs.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary support resource for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including user administration, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements from stakeholders to support system enhancements and process improvements.
Support system integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications, including monitoring, troubleshooting, testing, and coordinating issue resolution.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Write and execute SQL queries to perform data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and reporting activities.
