Work Schedule:
- Primarily daylight hours, Monday through Friday!
- Occasional evening and weekend hours to meet with and support staff that work off-hours.
- No travel required!

The Supervisor ensures efficient workflow and operations, supervises staff and staffing levels, and provides exceptional communication to both staff and other members of management. Our MRI Department offers a variety of services, including general pediatric, cardiac, intraoperative, research, and more!

Responsibilities:
- Ensures staff members are prepared and properly supported.
- Maintains a patient-focused environment.
- Ensures efficient workflow, staffing levels, and delegation of responsibilities.
- Assists in departmental policy decisions, hiring activities, budgeting, and safety standards enforcement.
- Maintains records for staff, has crucial conversations with staff when needed, and communications and enforces policies and procedures to staff.
- Remains current on developments in the field of Imaging and attends training sessions to maintain knowledge, as necessary.
- Ensures that quality control tests and procedures are conducted and documented, and that all equipment meets regulatory requirements.
