- Participate in PACU call hours as part of the role’s responsibilities.
- Establish collaborative relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, patients, and families to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Engage in continuous learning through clinical development programs, feedback, and professional literature.
- Provide patient and family education to support the episode of care.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and identify clinical, social, and ethical issues in patient care.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice.
