We’re excited to offer sign-on bonuses for qualified Respiratory Therapists who join our team:
- $7,500 for therapists with 0–1 year of experience with a 2-year full-time commitment
- $10,000 for therapists with 1 years of experience with a 2-year full-time commitment
Plus, a limited-time incentive to earn an additional $5,000 upon completion of your third year of employment.

Candidates will be placed on the appropriate step of the career ladder based on their experience and licensure.
Responsibilities:
- Administer high-risk therapies (e.g., Nitric Oxide, Tracheal Gas Insufflation).
- Perform advanced functions in various settings (OR, ED, Cath Lab, etc.).
- Conduct procedures like bronchoscopy, ABG lab troubleshooting, pulmonary function tests, EEG, EKG, stress testing, and 24-hour monitoring.
- Monitor patient responses to therapy and assist with breathing exercises.
- Maintain patient charts and order equipment repairs.
- Demonstrate procedures to trainees and supervise students.
- Assist in transporting ventilated patients and respond to code situations.
- Evaluate medical orders and interpret clinical data to optimize patient care.
- Set up and operate respiratory therapy equipment, ensuring safe and efficient function.
- Act as Lead Respiratory Therapist when needed, providing problem-solving, training, and technique demonstration.
