We’re looking for a Senior Evaluation Professional Nurse to join our team!
As a Senior Professional Evaluation Nurse, you are an essential member of the care delivery team. You will set the standards for high‑quality nursing care and hold responsibility, authority, and accountability for the care you provide. You use independent judgment, clear communication, and collaboration with all team members to manage and deliver patient care for a group of patients and their families.
In this role, you lead, partner, collaborate, and provide supervision as needed. You build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, other healthcare providers, patients, and families to support positive outcomes throughout the continuum of care. You demonstrate commitment to both the community and the nursing profession.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team—including prescribers, therapists, techs, and crisis workers—to support underserved individuals in the community with mental health and drug and alcohol needs within an 8‑bed unit.
Key Information:
Must have active licensure as an RN in the state of PA
Minimum 2 years' experience required
Location: 1330 West 26th Street, Erie PA
Schedule: Part-time, 8-12-hour shifts
