UPMC Home Health is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RNs) to support Butler County and surrounding areas. This is a Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:00PM position with on-call and weekend rotations.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout assigned Pittsburgh-area communities
- Develop and manage plans of care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary partners
- Provide patient and family education that promotes independence and recovery
- Complete required documentation (OASIS, visit notes, orders) electronically using a provided laptop
- Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered outcomes while maintaining regulatory standards
